I. CMO là gì?

1. Yêu cầu công việc của CMO

CMO cần hiểu rõ về hoạt động Marketing trong quản trị thương hiệu và mục tiêu cuối cùng là giữ chân khách hàng tiềm năng.

CMO cần gìn giữ mối quan hệ hòa hảo với không chỉ khách hàng, các nhà đầu tư mà còn cả trong chính nội bộ doanh nghiệp mình, trong đó có CEO (Tổng Giám đốc), CFO (Giám đốc tài chính), CHRO (giám đốc nhân sự), đặc biệt với CTO (Giám đốc công nghệ) và CCO (Giám đốc kinh doanh ).
Cụ thể, Marketing trong thời đại mới tận dụng công nghệ số đẩy mạnh truyền thông sản phẩm. Rõ ràng, các bộ phận trong doanh nghiệp liên kết chặt chẽ với nhau nhằm đảm bảo doanh nghiệp vận hành đúng hướng và doanh số cải thiện theo từng tháng, từng quý nên nếu giỏi ăn nói, điều mà CMO có được không chỉ là những con số tăng trưởng định kỳ mà còn là sự tín nhiệm của nhân viên đến từ các bộ phận của doanh nghiệp.
Giám đốc Marketing (CMO) hiểu rất rõ về khẩu hiệu “vui lòng khách đến – vừa lòng khách đi”. Bởi vậy, CMO cần hiểu rõ các thông tin về khách hàng tiềm năng của họ từ nhu cầu, sở thích, thói quen tiêu dùng đến ngân sách tài chính.
Thời đại kinh doanh 4.0 rất cần người làm Marketing phải liên tục đổi mới bằng tư duy sáng tạo. Sáng tạo vừa là nguồn cơn, vừa là hệ quả của áp lực cạnh tranh. Tư duy sáng tạo sẽ sản sinh ra những phiên bản hoàn hảo hơn của sản phẩm – kết quả của quá trình đồng sáng tạo của khách hàng và bộ phận Marketing.
Tưởng chừng như vấn đề nhân lực nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát của một CMO. Tuy nhiên, họ với vai trò là người lãnh đạo Phòng Marketing cần đề xuất kế hoạch tuyển dụng nhân sự bộ phận Marketing với Giám đốc nhân sự (CHRO) nhằm tuyển dụng được đội ngũ chất xám giúp nâng tầm thương hiệu và tối ưu hóa lợi nhuận từ các chiến dịch quảng cáo.
Như các bạn đã biết, nghiên cứu thị trường là một hoạt động không thể thiếu của Marketing. Đó chính là việc tìm hiểu khách hàng – chủ thể trung tâm của các hoạt động thương mại. Nếu không có phương pháp nghiên cứu thị trường phù hợp, bạn CMO sẽ không thể tiếp tục giữ chân khách hàng bởi khách hàng sẽ thờ ơ với bất cứ sản phẩm nào không thuộc mối quan tâm của họ.

2. Mức lương của CMO cao bao nhiêu?

Bạn có tin giám đốc Marketing là nhân sự khó tìm? Có phải ai cũng có thể đảm đương công việc sử dụng nhiều chất xám và đầy áp lực của CMO?
CMO hay Giám đốc tiếp thị là nhân sự cấp cao của tổ chức nên mức lương của họ cần “xứng tầm” với nỗ lực họ đã cất công xây dựng.
Theo thống kê của Vietnam Salary, CMO nhận mức lương thấp nhất là 10 triệu đồng và cao nhất là 120 triệu đồng phụ thuộc vào background (trình độ học vấn) và bề dày kinh nghiệm chuyên môn. Trong đó có một khoảng đáng nhấn mạnh dao động từ 28.5 – 43.3 triệu đồng cho nhân sự mức từ trung bình thấp đến trung bình cao.
Chưa kể rằng, bên cạnh mức lương nghìn đô, các CMO còn nhận được hưởng những chính sách đãi ngộ vô cùng hấp dẫn và cơ hội thăng tiến rộng mở trước mắt. Nếu sở hữu ít nhất từ 1 đến 2 ngoại ngữ, họ có thể được cử sang nước ngoài công tác, nhằm giúp doanh nghiệp mở rộng thị trường và tiếng tăm ở quốc gia sở tại.

III. Một vài CMO nổi tiếng tại Việt Nam

1. Ông Phan Minh Tiên – CMO của Vinamilk

Sở hữu 17 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing và quản trị thương hiệu, từng đảm nhiệm cương vị CMO – Giám đốc Marketing của Samsung Việt Nam và Phó Tổng Giám đốc phụ trách ngành thực phẩm của Unilever Việt Nam, ông Phan Minh Tiên hưởng niềm vui ngập tràn “như đang được uống khá nhiều sữa” với quyết định “đầu quân” cho Vinamilk – Công ty Cổ phần Sữa Việt Nam - doanh nghiệp đi đầu trong ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh FMCG tại Việt Nam.
Mặc cho các lịch trình bận rộn của một doanh nhân, nhưng CMO sinh năm 1970 này rất biết cách cân bằng cuộc sống cá nhân và công việc. Ông coi “xây dựng gia đình cũng như xây dựng một công ty” và “bỏ qua những cảm xúc thông thường để vun vén hạnh phúc”.

Với khẩu hiệu “Chinh phục người tiêu dùng bằng chất lượng”, Sunhouse là cái tên đã khá quen thuộc trên thị trường thiết bị gia dụng của người Việt.
Để các dự án thắng đậm với lãi suất 100%, ông Lê Tùng chia sẻ về chiến lược Marketing của Sunhouse và bí kíp giữ doanh số ở trạng thái bền vững là “làm thế nào để tương tác trực tiếp với khách hàng, đồng thời tạo ra trải nghiệm tốt nhất và giúp thương hiệu có sự gắn kết với họ”.

Có thể nói, những triết lý giản đơn mà vị CMO dạn dày kinh nghiệm của Sunhouse đều đến từ tâm huyết của một người cả đời tôn sùng “nghiệp” nghiên cứu cách thức làm hài lòng khách hàng trong mối tương quan với việc quản trị thương hiệu và quảng bá sản phẩm của doanh nghiệp, khiến những người theo nghiệp kinh doanh lấy làm bài học sáng giá.

3. Ông Nguyễn Mạnh Tấn – Giám đốc Marketing Công ty CP Công nghệ Haravan

Ông Nguyễn Mạnh Tấn hiện đang đảm nhiệm chức vụ CMO – Giám đốc Marketing của công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Haravan, công ty sở hữu nền tảng Chatbot Harafunnel – Công cụ trả lời tự động thông qua ứng dụng nhắn tin OTT như Facebook Messenger và Zalo.

But they posted screenshots of my private messages to "humor" their friends, and when I asked them to please delete them last year, they said they refuse to clean up that guys messes.
But the screenshot was just me calmly saying I'm working on an anti-anxiety chatbot for lonely and/or anxious people.. What's so wrong about that..?
Anyways, I am so lonely. I was hanging out with my family and babysitting my Nephew and Niece, but they went back to my brother's house, and I'm back being alone where I live and it sucks because I have misophonia and I keep hearing construction vehicles outside going "Beep beep beep" constantly.
I feel so alone... my heart hurts.. and I play Pokemon Go every day too, but I have no friends irl and it feels so lonely always playing Pokemon Go by myself and I refuse to get Facebook.
I'm very lonely.. I don't feel accepted... Back when I went to school, I was always bullied. Kids would kick the garbage can away when I threw food away at lunch time, so that my food would land on the floor and the lunch table would laugh at me. My brother would lock the door when he hung out with his friends and not let me in. The person I admired the most posted screenshots of my private messages to them publicly on Twitter and many people say it ruined my reputation forever and there's nothing I can do about it.
